How your trip payments are split into installments, when each one is due, and what happens if a payment is late.

The price of each Wantotrip trip is payable in up to 3 installments, following a schedule defined at the time of registration. The schedule depends on how far your registration date is from the trip departure date.
20% of the total price, due immediately at registration.
40% of the total price, due 60 days before departure.
40% of the total price, due 30 days before departure.
The reduced time frame no longer allows 3 installments. Payment is condensed into 2 installments:
Full payment is required immediately at registration. No spot is reserved without complete payment.
To keep due dates simple, installment due dates are aligned to fall between the 5th and the 10th of the month. Your exact schedule is shown at checkout before you confirm your booking, and in your bookings page afterwards. You may always choose to pay the full amount upfront instead.
In case of non-payment at a due date, Wantotrip applies the following procedure:
Automatic reminder (email + WhatsApp) — payment expected within 48h.
Firm reminder (phone call) — last warning before exclusion.
Exclusion from the trip (email + WhatsApp) — spot released, deposit not refunded.
